Store Policies
Policy 1.0 - Final Nature of Sales
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive, limited, and carefully selected nature of our products, CJ Lux does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
Policy 2.0 - Sizes and Fittings
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their size, measurements, and product specifications before completing a purchase. Our team may provide general guidance; however, a perfect fit is not guaranteed. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to sizing issues.
Policy 3.0 - Order Cancellations
Once payment has been processed, the order cannot be canceled. All items immediately enter preparation, reservation, or shipping stages, making cancellation unavailable.
Policy 4.0 - Condition After Delivery
CJ Lux is not responsible for any damage, misuse, washing, alterations, wear, handling, or manipulation performed by the customer after delivery. Any claim becomes void if the product has been altered, used, washed, damaged, or modified in any way.
Policy 5.0 - Color and Texture Variations
Slight variations in color, brightness, texture, fabric appearance, or product tone may occur due to lighting, digital screens, photography, editing, or manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
Policy 6.0 - Shipping Responsibility and Transfer to Carrier
Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other shipping provider, the package becomes the responsibility of the customer and the carrier.
CJ Lux is not liable for:
-
loss, theft, or damage during transit,
-
delays caused by the carrier,
-
incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer,
-
packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier,
-
delivery attempts, missed deliveries, or carrier-related issues.

All post-shipment claims must be handled directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.
Policy 7.0 - Change-of-Mind Purchases
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted due to change of mind, event cancellation, lack of use, personal reasons, buyer’s remorse, or selecting the wrong item, color, or size. All purchases are definitive.
Policy 8.0 - Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to external logistics factors, carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or circumstances outside our control. CJ Lux is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Policy 9.0 - Acceptance of Policies
By completing a purchase with CJ Lux, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all sales, shipping, payment, and service policies listed here.
Payment Policies
Payment Policy 10.0 - Accepted Payment Method
Payments are processed securely through Square to ensure transaction protection, authentication, and payment traceability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their selected payment method is active, valid, funded, and authorized prior to completing a purchase.
Payment Policy 11.0 - Refund Requests and Payment Disputes
If a customer wishes to request a refund or file a payment-related claim, the process must be handled through the appropriate dispute or chargeback process provided by Square or the customer’s payment provider.
However:
-
disputes opened without valid evidence are not considered legitimate,
-
refunds are not valid for voluntary cancellation,
-
payment disputes are not valid when the carrier marks the package as delivered,
-
claims based on false information, fraud, lack of proof, or buyer’s remorse will be rejected,
CJ Lux reserves the right to submit proof of purchase, shipping records, delivery confirmation, product details, and customer communication as evidence.
CJ Lux will cooperate with Square and any payment provider strictly within their official guidelines and will request proof for any claim.
Payment Policy 12.0 - Non-Refundable Purchases
Since all sales are final, payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal requests cannot be used as a method to cancel, reverse, or avoid payment for a legitimate purchase.
Any attempt to misuse the dispute system will be documented and may be reported to Square, the payment provider, and any relevant financial institution.
Payment Policy 13.0 - Chargeback Protection
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in:

submission of evidence to Square and the customer’s payment provider,
-
denial of future service,
-
account restrictions,
-
documentation of fraudulent activity,
-
legal or collection actions when applicable.
CJ Lux protects its business against fraudulent reversals and false payment claims.
Additional Policies
Policy 14.0 - Unique and Limited-Edition Products
Many of our items are unique, exclusive, limited edition, or available in very limited quantities. Once sold, they may not be replaceable or available for substitution with similar items.
Policy 15.0 - Inventory Availability
Inventory is subject to availability. CJ Lux reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reject duplicate, suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent, or potentially fraudulent orders to protect product integrity and business security.
Policy 16.0 - Internal Quality Inspection
All products are shipped only after passing an internal quality inspection to ensure they leave CJ Lux in optimal condition.
Policy 17.0 - Photography and Visual Material
Product images are for reference only. Slight variations may appear due to lighting, photography, editing, model display, screen settings, or production details. These variations are not considered defects.
Payment Methods
CJ Lux processes payments through Square, a trusted and secure payment platform used to protect online and in-person transactions. Square uses secure payment technology, transaction monitoring, and encrypted processing to help protect customer information during checkout.
Depending on the payment options enabled at checkout, customers may be able to pay using:
Credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, Debit cards, Apple Pay, when available,Google Pay, when available, Cash App Pay, when available, Afterpay or installment options, when available and subject to eligibility.
All transactions are processed securely through Square. CJ Lux does not directly store or access the customer’s full financial information, helping provide a safer and more reliable checkout experience.
